While gyms and health clubs around the world have shuttered in the wake of the current pandemic, the fitness industry has gravitated to providing workouts in the comfort of your own home.
7-Minute High-Intensity Circuit Routine (YouTube)

I have this video saved on my phone so I can bust it any time that I need a solid heart-pumping workout. The routine involves 12 different exercises of 30 seconds each with short breaks in the middle that last a total of 7 minutes.
You don’t need any equipment but space and a chair/block for step-ups and chair dips. Repeat as many times as you need! The most consecutive circuits I’ve been able to do is 3 so see if you can beat me!

- FaceTime (iOS/MacOS only) – up to 32 people
- Google Duo – up to 12 people
